How tuition is calculated:
Our fiscal year runs August 1, 2024 through July 31, 2025. Tuition is based on 48 lessons per year and factors in the number of weeks in a given month and the 4 holiday weeks listed below. This way, the tuition is the same each month regardless of the number of weeks in the month.
Makeup credits are NOT issued for the 4 holiday weeks and there is no extra charge for months with 5 weeks.
If you enroll in a month with a holiday week the tuition is pro-rated for the number of actual weeks with lessons, not the entire month.
Holiday Week Closing 2024-25:
November 24-30 - Thanksgiving Week
December 22-28 - Christmas Week
December 29-January 4 - New Year’s Week
March 9-15 - Spring Break Week
* Makeup credits WILL be issued for lessons scheduled on these days in observance of:
Labor Day, Monday September 2
Martin Luther King Day, Monday January 20
Memorial Day, Monday May 26
July 4-5, Independence Day
